Unicode Aware
PBMessageUI is fully unicode compatible, which means that you can display balloons/popups/messages in any language right out of the box without any additional coding.

HTML Content Supported
We have added HTML support for the message title and message. You can use HTML tags in the content, and we even provide a simple object model if you don’t want write HTML directly. This implementation is NOT browser based so we can guarantee it will work correctly on any Windows operating system, indenpendently of any browser version installed. See help for a list of supported tags and attributes.

Theme Support
Themes define the message shape, the icons to use, and the general layout and colors for the message. We include by default implementations of 4 themes (Vista Balloon, XP Balloon, Vista Infotip and Office 2007 Infotip). The included themes are also customizable so you can modify them to fit your needs, and the model is so flexible, that we support custom themes created by you. Besides this, changing a message's theme is a one line change.

Modal and Modaless Messages
You can use modal messages as message boxes, and modaless messages for information.

Includes Tray Icon Management
Tray Icon Management allows you to display icons in the system tray. It can detect the icon position and tell you if the icon is hidden under Windows XP or better. It comes with events like MouseMove, ButtonDown, ButtonUp and DBClick. It is fully integrated with the message's engine to create balloons/popups/messages in system tray icons.

Multi-Monitor support
PBMessageUI fully supports multi-monitor systems and dual-displays. The message will even show in a display edge without splitting in both displays.

Tooltip support
Using this component you can associate a balloon with any control as their tooltip, and PBMessageUI will make sure it works correctly under any windows version.

Easy to Use!
Creating messages has never been easier. Using PBMessageUI, you can have a balloon/message/popup shown with only 3 simple lines of code.

Change the balloon fonts and colors
You can customize your balloon exactly as you wish. You can set the message font, title font, message color, title color and much much more.

You can add links to your messages!
With HTML support, this is one of the best features of PBMessageUI, and you will not find it in any other product (or even Microsoft's own API). Using links (see screenshots), you can respond to user actions immediately.

Support for messages with multiple lines
You can create messages of any size. Simply enter what you want the balloon/popup/message to say, and PBMessageUI will create it with the correct size. Messages can have multiple lines and any content you want.

Windows Installer is being used everywhere. PBBalloon includes a Merge Module for Windows Installer so you don't need to worry about how PBBalloon is installed with your application.
